WHAT WE DO: TOTAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE
A Services provide a total management service for the chasing, collating, authoring and presentation of all construction information required to achieve building handover. As a single source provider, we work across all sectors and geographies in the UK, managing every aspect of structured data management from Level 2 BIM compliance to bespoke designed Resident Manuals. Our teams work from project inception through to completion and aftercare delivering your project on time and pain free.
Our core services are listed below
Operation & Maintenance Manuals

We strive to make our clients lives’ easier by taking the pain away from O&Ms. Our expertise is in the identification, chasing, production and delivery of all elements of construction information. Whether the Employer’s Information Requirements [EIRs] stipulate traditional NBS compliant O&M Manuals or structured data deliverables in accordance with Level 2 BIM compliance, we have it covered.
CDM Compliant Health & Safety

We have over 15 years’ experience producing market leading CDM compliant Health & Safety Files [HSF] for the UK’s leading contractors and developers. We work with the Main Contractor, Project team and Principal Designer [formerly CDM-Coordinator] to identify the scope, structure and relevant information to be included in the HSF.
Resident Services

Here at A Services, we are passionate about creating unparalleled Resident Manuals for our growing client base of Property Developers, Developer/Builders, PRS Providers and Housing Associations.
Building Information Modelling

There are many definitions about Building Information Management (BIM). Here at A Services, we like to keep things simple. To us BIM is delivering the right information, at the right time, in the most effective way.
Mechanical & Electrical O&Ms

The Mechanical and Electrical Operation & Maintenance Manuals [M&E O&Ms] are one of the most important trade submissions on a construction project. The information they provide is the most rigorously assessed at PC and is critical to the efficient running in the operation and maintenance phase of the building life-cycle.
Aftercare

We strive to bridge the gap between design intent and actual performance by empowering building operators with the right knowledge, systems and training to help redress the balance of traditional building lifecycle costs.
